Do you travel?
Yes! We are based in Columbia, SC but love to travel. We're currently available for travel in South Carolina and North Carolina but we're willing to go further. Send us an inquiry and we'll assess any travel or permit fees if they'll be required in your location.
Are there any hidden fees?
The only additional fees that may come up are travel or permitting fees. This may apply to your wedding location, engagement, or bridal session. We're happy to provide a custom quote based on your needs.
To avoid extra costs, we have plenty of free location suggestions for your engagement or bridal session that we can recommend!
Sales tax will apply to any tangible products ordered (albums, prints, etc.).
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with access to your photos 8-12 weeks after your wedding. You can download all the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
Do I have to schedule an engagement or bridal session?
As part of our wedding experience, we like to work with our couples ahead of time which is why we include a complimentary engagement session in our Wedding Packages. It's beneficial for all of us to make sure your day goes smoothly! You'll be exposed to how we pose and prompt you so that you'll be pros on your wedding day. If you choose not to use your complimentary session before your wedding day, the session will be forfeited.
How long are quotes valid for?
Quotes for all sessions and weddings are valid for 30 days after your initial inquiry.
A signed contract and paid retainer are required to secure your date. Dates will only be held for 72 hours after our inquiry meeting before being considered open again on our calendar.
Do you provide unedited images?
No. We do not release unedited JPEGs or RAW files taken with our professional Canon cameras under any circumstances. We professionally edit and deliver the best images from your day using our signature editing style. Let us do the hard work!
For those looking for social media content they can customize, we are now offering an add-on content creation package. For an additional $250, we will provide you with a minimum of 50 combined cellphone (iPhone) photos and short behind-the-scenes video clips of your big day. These photos and video clips will be unedited and airdropped to you the same day as your wedding or delivered within 24 hours in a temporary online gallery.
