Samantha has known Jess and Ryan for almost a decade. She attended Chapin High School with Jess, but they didn't become friends until they went through sorority recruitment together at Winthrop University. The two of them became well known for their baking abilities (campus Cookie & Cupcake War champions!) and their strong dedication to line dances at any function. When Ryan came into the picture, it was very clear that he and Jess had something special from the start.
These two have a contagious energy, so when you're with them you're bound to have a good time. The four of us had fun running around Main Street in Downtown Columbia grabbing some pictures they could use for their Christmas card. To end the night, we decided to catch up over tacos and margaritas at Cantina 76 which is always a good choice.
This was our first time shooting on Main, but we think it's easy to say that this might be one of our favorite places to do sessions going forward. Main Street offered a ton of variety in terms of scenery and we didn't even get to all of the locations we wanted to try out! Ryan and Jess were complete naturals in front of the camera, which made it extremely difficult to pick favorites when editing this session. You can enjoy a few of the best shots below.
